Ciwmjobs is seeking an EU Sustainability Solutions Lead to scale business development, manage inbound leads, and convert prospects into clients and strategic partners. You will keep CRM records up to date and provide reporting for leadership.

You will travel in Europe to events, stay informed on sustainability trends, and demonstrate thought leadership at the intersection of sustainability and business aviation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Proficiency in one European language besides English, preferably German.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and prioritise inbound leads for the sales team.
• Meet potential clients, conduct introductory calls and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain CRM records for reporting and attribution.
• Collaborate with marketing and programme teams to meet sales goals.
• Travel within Europe to industry events and engage stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership at the intersection of sustainability and business aviation.
