Job summary

MUJI Finland Oy is seeking a Store Construction PM to manage store construction for Europe and UK openings. You will liaise with the corporate design department to ensure consistent implementation across EU & UK and manage vendor selection, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include reviewing architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans, coordinating bids, contracting, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Travel as required, up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with corporate design for EU & UK store implementations.
• Collaborate to test and implement prototypes of store design and fixtures.
• Manage construction process, vendors and budgets.
• Create construction timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate bids, contractors and contracts.
• Review architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans.
• Ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.
• Source contractors and vendors; turnover to retail ops.
• Prepare project folders, purchase orders and site punch lists.
• Assist in tenant improvement close-out with landlord.
• Visit sites as dictated by the construction process.
