Job summary

Apple in the United Kingdom seeks a Development Manager to lead New Store Openings, refreshes, and major MEP projects from concept to closeout within the EMEIA region.

You will collaborate with real estate, design, innovation, security, IS&T, and leasing to deliver high-quality facilities, manage budgets and schedules, and sign off on partnerships with contractors and design firms. Estimated travel: up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail stores or large workplaces internationally.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and turnover.
• Stakeholder engagement with real estate, design, security, IS&T, etc.
• Negotiate contracts with GC, design consultants, vendors.
• Ensure alignment with Apple Standards of quality and design.
• Travel approximately 50% as required.
