Job summary

POP MART is expanding its European retail footprint and seeks a hands-on Retail Construction Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery across Europe. You will collaborate with international HQ teams, designers, consultants, contractors and landlords to drive projects from feasibility to store opening while maintaining quality and timelines.

Based in London, you will need strong construction knowledge, stakeholder management skills and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end delivery of POP MART retail construction or fit-out projects.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers across Europe.
• Strong understanding of UK construction practices, CDM and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of POP MART retail construction and fit out projects across Europe, from feasibility through store opening.
• Act as the client-side project lead, coordinating designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and landlords.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, risk and contractor performance to ensure openings meet dates and standards.
• Review architectural/technical drawings and coordinate MEP and specialist packages to resolve design issues.
