Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an inspiring Store Design Project Manager to lead key store design projects in Europe - North & South. You will manage projects from concept to store opening for Self-Select store execution across Europe, ensuring an exceptional customer experience within cost, schedule, and operational constraints.

Based in London Head Office with a hybrid model (2-3 days in office, rest WFH), you will coordinate with ME engineers, external PMs, architects, and the EU Store

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in the Retail space with knowledge of accessibility and building codes.
• Experience managing approval processes for retail stores in diverse environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with materials and methods, and eye for detail to optimise spaces.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills to manage multiple projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain design standards and concepts across architectural details.
• Manage consultants, engineers, external PMs and architects.
• Interpret building codes and apply for relevant applications where applicable.
• Research materials with suppliers and ensure design meets construction and maintenance needs.
• Organise project documentation and update design standards guidelines.
