Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage post-occupancy tenant improvement projects and expansions.
• Collaborate with external design teams and align projects to Corporate Workplace concept.
• Inform Guidelines and Standards with design elements needed to translate into global Guidelines.
• Identify and implement continuous design refinements using data and insights.
• Work cross-functionally with regional peers to ensure a consistent customer experience.
