Job summary

WR Logistics in Bradford is looking for an experienced Road Freight Operator to coordinate European road freight movements from booking to delivery and to maintain high levels of customer service.

You will liaise with customers, hauliers and overseas partners, obtain rates, prepare documentation and monitor shipments, ensuring compliance with transport regulations. A proactive, organised approach and experience with freight systems and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in European Road Freight Operations.
• Knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Experience arranging groupage, part loads and full loads.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
• A proactive approach and good problem-solving ability.
• Confidence using freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

The Role
