Job summary

White Recruitment is assisting an established international freight forwarder to recruit a European Road Freight Coordinator. You will manage end-to-end European import and export shipments, from collection through to final delivery.

Daily duties include coordinating movements, liaising with customers and partners, preparing documentation, tracking shipments and ensuring regulatory compliance. Monday–Friday, with strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in European road freight operations, including import/export workflows.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Knowledge of customs regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate European road freight import and export shipments.
• Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.
• Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.
• Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.

Are you an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator looking to join an established international freight forwarding businesses.
