Job summary

The Ben & Jerry's EU Innovation Manager leads and supports innovation projects from concept through launch, working with cross‑functional teams across Europe to bring insights into the pipeline and ensure on‑time delivery with strong brand integrity.

This one year temporary role opening due to a leave, requires collaboration with marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver OTIF, develop the 18‑36 month portfolio, and champion consumer needs across the business.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in ice cream or food category.
• Collaborative and project management skills.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into innovation.

Responsibilities

• Overall support across marketing & innovation delivery requirements.
• Lead innovation projects through the internal innovation process, from concept to launch.
• Support additional innovation projects by providing project management including timelines, meetings, milestones, and documentation.
• Assist in landing innovations in market with local country teams to deliver OTIF and the business case.
• Develop innovation sell‑in materials and communications plans with cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Work with design to ensure strong brand representation across packaging, POS, etc.
• Contribute to the development of the 18‑36 month portfolio roadmap.
• Pro‑actively feed market, category and customer requirements into platform projects.
• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans & BETs.
• Recommend and commission consumer research where needed.
• Champion consumer needs and brand passion within the business.
• Partner with Social Mission Team on integrating campaigns/objectives in marketing plans.
• Provide regular support to event organisation, trade samples, and other launch activities.
• Budget support including PO raising.
