Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end technology and commercial initiatives across EU power markets from our London base. You will act as the primary bridge between trading desks and technology teams, owning outcomes end-to-end in a flat, high-accountability environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery or product lead experience in EU power markets.
• Deep understanding of power plant operations, peaking assets, and balancing mechanisms.
• Proven track record delivering tech in a trading environment with front‑to‑back integration.
• Strong knowledge of the power value lifecycle: origination, trade capture, nomination, scheduling and settlement.
• Ability to work in a flat, accountable structure and lead cross‑functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and commercial initiatives across the EU power value chain.
• Bridge trading desks and tech teams, translating requirements into deliverables.
• Own delivery across plant and peaking asset workflows, including dispatch optimization and real-time position management.
• Deliver ETRM-connected solutions for complex power products (peaking, tolling, flexible structures).
• Manage delivery across agile teams and maintain programme alignment.
