A leading company is seeking an EU IT Solution Manager to join their IT Leadership Team. This role involves developing, designing, and deploying IT systems and services across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, continuous improvement, and must hold a degree in IT along with an ITIL certification. The position offers a hybrid working model with travel requirements to the London office.
EU IT Solution Manager
To be part of the IT Leadership Team and work closely with the European IT Director, supporting the transformation of the IT department to deliver quality IT services and support across Europe.
Accountable for the strategy, design, and deployment of technology solutions for IT systems and services across all European businesses to ensure they are simplified, standardised, reliable, and cost-effective.
Ensure that the Capacity and Availability of IT systems and services support core business functions as required.
Provide specialist 3rd line support when needed. Define, measure, and record service KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and support. Facilitate the education and development of 1st and 2nd line support teams.
This role offers a hybrid working model, combining home and office work, with occasional travel to the London office and other locations.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing IT services, supporting new solutions, managing incidents, and ensuring technical integrity of systems. The role also involves managing IT projects, defining procedures, and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases.
Qualifications include a degree in IT and an ITIL Foundation certification. Salary is up to £60K.
