Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for EU Fulfillment Operations to oversee day-to-day fulfillment management in the UK. The role focuses on managing external logistics providers, monitoring customer experience, and driving scalable solutions to improve efficiency and speed across the fulfilment network.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop capability roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• 5 years of experience in logistics operations and at least 3 years of experience in e-fulfillment.
• Solid working experience and relationship in fulfilment service providers.
• Fair understanding in eCommerce logistics operation segments (data integration, warehousing, first/middle-mile, parcel, returns, import clearance).
• Able to work full-time onsite at the fulfilment center.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control performance and capacity of External Fulfilment Logistics providers (3PL).
• Monitor and analyze customer experience and operation performance; maintain KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
• Lead design and implementation of solutions addressing supply chain and logistics challenges with a focus on efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and define business requirements for supply chain solutions.
• Manage relationships with internal customers within third-party facilities and cross-functionally across the organization.
• Create and present business cases for improvements; manage ongoing projects.
• Work with systems teams to roadmap development and integration of new technologies and tools.
• Drive development of innovative solution designs using industry best practices.
