Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking an Online Trading Assistant to join our Ecommerce team to drive improvements across the EU Storefront. You will support day-to-day trading and optimisation to increase conversions across the UK and key EU markets.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven thinker with a keen eye for detail, experienced in online retail environments, comfortable with Excel, and able to collaborate across merchandising, web production and brand teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in an online trading/merchandising role within e-commerce is preferred.
• Confident working with data and proficient using Excel.
• Ability to think and work under pressure with excellent communication and planning.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to build relations across multiple teams and learning quickly.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & analysis: daily/weekly performance insights and trade updates.
• On-site execution: implement navigation and content changes based on insights.
• Collaborate with merchandising, web production and brand teams on opportunities.
• Support Senior Trading Executive with on-site content briefs and campaigns.
• Ensure content is up-to-date and reflects current promotions.
