Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Digital Trading Assistant to support daily trading, merchandising and optimisation of the ASOS website across devices. You will work with the Digital Trading Specialist to balance commercial aims with brand priorities and enhance the customer journey.

In this role you will help manage category navigation, onsite search and trade reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and new features.

Qualifications

• Experience with online merchandising systems desirable.
• Commercial awareness and customer focus are essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of ASOS website across devices.
• Assist site merchandising, search optimisation and on-site page management.
• Produce trade reports and analyse customer engagement trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and onsite experience.
• Collaborate with Digital Trading Specialist and Manager on categories and navigation.
• Oversee onsite search configuration across markets and devices.
• Coordinate homepage, promo and CRM processes with stakeholders.
• Support trade events and rollout of new features and digital products.
