Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an in-house Creative Artwork Executive to support EU brand assets and print-ready artwork. You will work with the EU VM team on Self Select and Department Store collateral, translating campaigns into retail-ready visuals and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

You should be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketchup, with strong typography and detail orientation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as in-house designer or within a design agency; ideally luxury/beauty.
Experience in art-working print-ready files from small scale to large OOH.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and Sketchup.
Excellent eye for detail; proofreading all designs for accuracy.
Strong knowledge of printing processes and print-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

Understand brand identity and campaign assets.
Ensure brand and campaign guidelines are followed in artwork executions.
Maintain and update the master asset library.
Develop creative, on-brand visual solutions from briefs.
Produce and adapt 2D assets in line with briefs and brand guidelines.
Design and set up print-ready plate artwork for stores and concessions.
Communicate artwork requirements and proposed solutions with the Creative Artworker.
Collaborate with the Global VM team and regional asset approvals.
Support delivery of assets across the EU VM team.
