Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a talented Junior Art Director to join our in‑house Creative Agency, supporting the creation of campaigns and content for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

You will work under a Senior Art Director, helping deliver visual storytelling across photography, film, digital, social and retail. The role requires a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, a passion for beauty storytelling, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with experience in layout, typography and color.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative ideas, visual storytelling and considered execution across relevant formats.
• Experience in a junior creative role, internship or equivalent portfolio of relevant work, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and confidence building presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Contribute fresh ideas and thoughtful visual research in response to briefs, brand objectives and consumer insights.
• Create moodboards, treatments and presentations that communicate concepts and visual direction.
• Assist with layout exploration, storyboarding and mockups across relevant channels.
• Support shoot preparation including casting research, photography references, styling and shot lists.
• On‑set support for senior art directors on photography and film shoots to deliver premium content.
• Assist with image and footage selects, retouching markups and post production feedback.
