Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Global VM Graphic Design Assistant Manager to lead creative concept development and global implementation of visual merchandising assets. You will work closely with the Global VM Lead and Head of Operations to maintain permanent plate planograms and campaign artwork across markets.

Qualifications

• BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related creative field.
• Experience in luxury/beauty retail visual design and artwork.
• Ability to originate concepts and develop campaign artwork from brief to production.
• Strong portfolio across retail graphics and visual merchandising.
• Experience delivering print-ready artwork across formats and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global VM Lead in delivering high-quality visual merchandising assets.
• Develop concepts for global VM campaigns translating briefs into engaging retail graphics.
• Originate campaign artwork from concept to final execution with print-ready files.
• Own artwork production for permanent plate graphics and planograms.
• Project manage global graphic artwork updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure artwork adheres to brand guidelines and production specs.
• Maintain and develop Global VM image, artwork and copy libraries.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate timelines with suppliers to deliver global rollouts.
