Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking an In-House Creative Artwork Executive VM to join our EU team. You will create print-ready artwork with the VM team for Northern and Southern Europe, supporting Self Select and Department Store channels.

You will ensure brand guidelines are followed, maintain asset libraries, and deliver on time in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as in-house designer or within a design agency, luxury/beauty background preferred.
• Experience in art-working print-ready files from small scale to large OOH.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with high proficiency for InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator; Sketchup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand brand identity and campaign assets.
• Ensure brand and campaign guidelines are followed in all artwork executions.
• Maintain and organize the master asset library.
• Develop on-brand visual solutions in response to commercial briefs.
• Produce and adapt 2D assets per briefs, templates and guidelines.
• Design and set up print-ready plate artwork for stores and concessions.
• Communicate requirements and proposed solutions with Creative Artworker review.
• Coordinate with Global VM team for asset approvals.
• Collaborate within the EU VM team to deliver assets on time.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams.
