Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering data center expansion programs across Europe, with options for Dublin or London offices. You will drive end-to-end delivery, from pre-contract design through to handover to Operations, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience related to design or construction of data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DC capacity at pace; navigate ambiguity and engage stakeholders.
• Lead multi-build, cross-region programs and coordinate internal/external teams.
• Shape cluster growth and report progress to senior leadership.
• Manage interfaces among Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain delivery programs and project budgets.
• Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy and Real Estate on build strategies.
• Drive workflow improvements and capture lessons learned for EMEA-wide gains.
• Communicate status of key project metrics to leadership.
