Job summary

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Commercial Executive to support the Senior Commercial Manager in expanding the brand across EU markets. You will help drive business across stores and online, liaising with retailers and internal teams to deliver launches and activations while maintaining a strong brand position.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in a similar commercial or retailer marketing role within beauty or luxury, a Master’s degree, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 2 years' successful experience in a similar role within beauty or luxury sectors.
• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build weekly and monthly sales reports by retailer and store performance.
• Support product and franchise performance analysis including new launches.
• Track retailer promotional activity and stock levels.
• Provide regular sales insights to drive growth.
• Create presentations for internal and external meetings, including strategy sessions.
