Job summary

Remitly is seeking a regional ambassador programme lead to own the growth, health, and commercial performance of the ambassador community across Europe. You will recruit, onboard, and retain a high-quality ambassador base, driving new customer acquisition through them, and ensuring those customers convert into active Remitly senders.

In-market leadership requires coordinating with Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and country managers, expanding networks into new markets, and delivering hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running community, affiliate, referral, or field marketing programmes with performance/commission-based objectives.
• Proven experience building and scaling new programmes from the ground up.
• Strong problem-solving skills for navigating operational challenges when scaling an ambassador programme.
• Analytical fluency with NCAs, active rate, and CAC metrics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train ambassadors.
• Manage ongoing relationships with ambassadors and provide training, tools, and local market knowledge.
• Lead expansion, recruitment, and in-country logistics for new markets.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and country managers to align priorities.
• Provide local market insights and report performance to global leads.
