Bramwith Consulting is seeking experienced ETRM professionals for contract opportunities in London and internationally. Roles target candidates with strong business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder management in trading environments.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in ETRM or related trading tech.
• Hands‑on functional or project delivery experience with ETRM platforms such as Openlink Endur, Aspect or EOS.
• Background in Business Analysis, Project Management, Functional Consulting or Technology Transformation.
• Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and the trade lifecycle, ideally across oil, refined products or petrochemicals.
• Experience delivering projects within commodity trading houses, energy companies or consulting environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and experience within a recognised graduate programme or established consulting firm would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support ETRM implementation, enhancement and transformation projects across major commodity trading organisations.
• Lead or contribute to business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and functional solution design.
• Work closely with trading, operations, risk, finance and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement and business transformation initiatives.
• Advise clients on trading workflows, operating models, process improvements and ETRM system capabilities.
• Support system integration, testing, change management and implementation activities.
