BBGC is seeking experienced Energy Trading Consultants to support a growing portfolio of trading transformation programmes. You will bring deep industry knowledge of energy markets, coupled with strong business analysis and ETRM/CTRM delivery experience.

Successful candidates will work credibly with traders and senior stakeholders, translate complex trading requirements into actionable designs, and help shape future-state solutions across front office, risk, operations and finance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong professional experience within the energy or commodity trading industry.
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one energy market or product area.
• Understanding of how energy products are traded, booked, valued, risk-managed and settled.
• Knowledge of end-to-end trade lifecycle across front office, risk, operations and finance.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM implementations or major transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with front office, risk, operations, finance and tech across trading programmes.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Analyse and document front-to-back trading processes and product requirements.
• Provide SME on energy markets, trading products and processes.
• Translate trading requirements into functional and tech designs.
• Support design and implementation of ETRM/CTRM solutions (trade capture, valuation, risk, settlement).
• Work with ETRM/CTRM vendors and tech teams to assess options and constraints.
• Produce high-quality BRDs, functional designs, process maps and docs.
• Provide leadership to drive decisions and practical solutions.
