Qualifications

• Prepare accurate quotations and estimates using internal systems and calculators.
• Review client briefs, drawings and specifications to determine materials, labour and production requirements.
• Calculate material quantities, fabrication labour and production costs accurately.
• Produce quotations independently with minimal supervision once trained.
• Maintain records within internal systems and price lists, and support tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for client projects.
• Raise purchase orders accurately and monitor supplier lead times.
• Communicate pricing, material availability and supplier information to internal teams.
• Review and check quotation data for accuracy before submission.
• Maintain accurate records in Clarity and other internal systems.
