Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an Estimator to join its Passive Fire Protection division in Romford. The role involves estimating and pre-construction work, preparing tenders, reviewing drawings, liaising with clients, and collaborating with commercial and operations teams.

You will have regular client meetings and site visits to build relationships, understand projects firsthand and contribute to the growth of a specialist fire protection business within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating within construction, ideally from drylining, M&E, interiors, fit-out or passive fire protection.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications and cost data.
• Desire to learn and progress in a growing specialist sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tenders and quotations.
• Review drawings and specifications to support estimates.
• Liaise with clients and work with commercial and operational teams.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to gain project exposure.
