Job summary

Wolseley, a leading specialist trade merchant in the UK and Ireland, is seeking an Estimator based at the Warwick Support Centre. The role covers providing estimating support to the sales team and customers, presenting quotations professionally, and working with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service through estimating and quotations.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, up to 2 days at home).

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
• Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimating support to the sales team and customers.
• Present quotations to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service through estimating and quotations.
• Contribute to growth of sales value and margins through effective quotation and contract support.
