Job Description

We are looking to recruit Estimators with proven Transmission and Distribution experience to undertake duties on a number of high profile EHV, HV and LV electrical engineering projects. Projects span utilities, renewable power, traction power, water/wastewater, and other industries across the Midlands.

The Estimators will work as part of the client’s Estimating team, producing detailed resource-based estimates to evaluate design changes, maintain baseline costs, and challenge contractors’ estimates. You will report directly to our Regional Estimating Manager.

Job Objectives

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

1. Producing accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Controlling and managing the estimating process at the project level.
3. Producing estimates independently without management or supervision.
4. Supporting the development and promotion of estimating best practices.
