Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating or sales desirable.
• Background in electrical or smoke ventilation industries preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience with tendering and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming tender information, ensuring all requirements are fully understood.
• Liaise directly with clients to clarify project scope, specifications and requirements.
• Prepare accurate budgets and quotations in line with client needs and company margins.
• Work closely with the sales team to support the wider bid and sales process.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Keep the CRM system fully up to date with tender status, client communications and quotation details.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
