Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, tendering or quotation-based roles is beneficial.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and reviewing tender information to ensure requirements are understood.
• Liaising with clients to clarify scope and requirements.
• Preparing accurate budgets and quotations in line with client needs and margins.
• Supporting the wider bid and sales process with the team.
• Managing multiple tenders and meeting deadlines.
• Maintaining records on the CRM with tender status and communications.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
