Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Estimator in Leicestershire to join the commercial team. You will own quotations from enquiry through to handover, producing accurate, competitive estimates for bespoke projects within joinery, shopfitting, interiors or related sectors.

You will review drawings, cost materials, manage multiple tenders and liaise with clients and suppliers to secure profitable opportunities. A strong commercial mindset and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating bespoke construction or interiors.
• Ability to read drawings and tender documentation.
• Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in Excel; ERP or estimating systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for bespoke projects.
• Review drawings and tender docs to establish project requirements.
• Produce professional tender proposals with supporting information.
• Cost materials and labour accurately against client requirements.
• Ensure quotations meet design brief and commercial parameters.
• Manage multiple quotations and tenders through estimating process.
• Liaise with suppliers for accurate pricing and timely follow-up.
