Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, project engineering or piping/mechanical environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs and specifications.
• Experience with material take-offs and cost estimation for piping/mechanical works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for piping, mechanical and fabrication works.
• Develop estimates for liquid cooling and HVAC systems including chilled water.
• Complete material take-offs, labour estimates and cost build-ups.
• Review drawings, P&IDs and tender docs to determine project scope.
• Prepare supplier RFQs and assess returned quotes.
• Support tender submissions and project handovers after award.
