Cirencester College in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, is seeking an Estates Technician to support and manage estate duties across the campus. The role requires initiative, reliability and the ability to work both independently and within a busy team under the Head of Estates and Environment.
You will lead on sourcing resources and quotes for key skill areas such as vehicle maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, groundworks, and electrics, contributing to a safe, well-maintained campus environment.

Salary: £24,792 - £26,363, plus £2000 shift allowance and £1,032 weekend allowance
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Cirencester College is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Estates Technician to take on estate duties around the busy College.
Joining a busy and friendly team, the position would suit someone who enjoys an all-rounder role that offers variety and working under your own initiative and as part of a team. Reporting to the Head of Estates and Environment, you will support the whole College by completing routine and reactive tasks.
The role will include responsibility to allow the successful candidate to lead on sourcing resources and quotes for two key skill areas in the department, such as vehicle maintenance, college driving procedures (MIDAS), carpentry, plumbing, groundworks, and electrics.
The role will be on a 4-week shift pattern for which an allowance is made. The role also includes an on-call allowance.
