Job summary

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is seeking several full time Estates Services Operatives / Communal Cleaners (40 hours per week) on a permanent basis, based from Workington, Cumbria. You will join a professional team delivering efficient communal maintenance and safety services across housing estates.

The role requires a current full driving license and prior outdoor-based teamwork experience; you will handle emergency requests and record job outputs for each task.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an outdoors communal based setting.
• Must have a current, valid full driving license.
• Experience working as part of a team in an outdoor role.
• Able to respond positively to emergency job requests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary conduit for communal maintenance, safety and clearance work in residents' homes.
• Support Empty Homes teams to bring homes back to lettable standard after tenancy ends.
• Maintain a first-time fix attitude to ensure residents have a safe home.
