• Compile Project Brief and Specifications to advise and inform procurement of services and projects via Contract and other Commercial Frameworks.
• Manage Estates projects involving capex and lifecycle replacement; advise on asset condition.
• Develop and maintain a project tracker to monitor progress and provide senior management updates.
• Lead high-level project management on new builds; monitor risks, costs, and dependencies.
