Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Estates is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the project-related professional services consultancy and contractor partners, delivering Capex programmes across a large portfolio with budget oversight and stakeholder assurance.

You will work with Estates colleagues and supply-chain partners, guiding projects through governance and RIBA stages, and travel as required to deliver outcomes for the Authority.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy for Project Stakeholder management and engagement with senior clients and supply chain partners.
• Define robust processes to ensure long-term DWP site suitability and maximum occupation for business needs.
• Evaluate and approve project feasibility reports and contribute to Financial Business Case documentation (FBC2).
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects with contractual responsibility for supplier partners on design and delivery of construction/fit-out works.
• Lead governance, cost, schedule reporting and change control across multiple RIBA stages.
