Job summary

Talentia Group Integration is seeking an Estates Group Decorator to maintain and enhance the appearance of buildings across multiple campuses in South Yorkshire. This permanent role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility to work across sites, including evenings and weekends.

You will perform surface preparation, painting and coatings, vinyl installations, and general maintenance while adhering to COSHH and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and decorating, including surface preparation and finishing.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage own schedule.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe working practices.
• Comfortable working at height using scaffolding or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Install vinyl coverings and liaise with the marketing department on colours and finishes.
• Develop and manage decorating schedule across all campuses and sites.
• Maintain COSHH compliance and safe working practices across locations.
