Job summary

RNN Group is seeking an Estates Group Decorator to cover multiple campuses, including Rotherham and Worksop sites. The role focuses on maintaining high aesthetic standards, safety, and functional environments for staff and students.

The post requires painting and decorating experience, a related qualification, and the ability to travel between campuses with occasional evening/weekend work. Salary around £29,455 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths required or willing to undertake.
• Recognised industry qualification with proven decorating experience.
• Experience painting and decorating, ideally in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and stripping for a flawless finish.
• Apply paints, varnishes and stains to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Install vinyl coverings to enhance facilities and maintain aesthetics.
• Support site maintenance, including planned and reactive repairs.
• Comply with COSHH and safety protocols; travel between sites and work evenings/weekends as required.
