Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Mobile Technician (Multi-Skilled) based at Erleigh House, Reading. The role involves day-to-day engineering and building maintenance across Berkshire Healthcare sites to keep clinical and support environments safe and reliable.

You will travel between Trust sites using a Trust vehicle, participate in the on-call rota, and support contractors while ensuring work is compliant and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estates technician with multi-skill capability.
• Ability to diagnose faults across plant, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive engineering and building maintenance across Trust sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults across plant, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete PPM activities and support Legionella controls, fire systems, lifts and boilers.
