Job summary

Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens in Horsham area (Mannings Heath) is seeking an Estates Maintenance Operative to join a small, busy team. You will work across estates and Sutton offices, handling general maintenance and larger projects under guidance from a mentor.

Must have some practical maintenance or trade experience, a full UK driving licence, and a positive, learnable attitude. Permanent role, 3 days per week, 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Has practical maintenance or trade experience and is eager to keep learning.
• Holds a full UK driving licence; travel between sites required.
• Permanent role, 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, three days per week.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs across the estates.
• Lead or assist with larger projects: fencing, carpentry and event setup.
• Prepare venues for guests, erect marquees and build bars.
