Responsibilities

• Assist in repair and maintenance of PJ Care property.
• Liaise with on-site contractors.
• Maintain interior lighting; replace bulbs and lamps.
• Process purchase orders from nominated supplier.
• Maintain furniture and decor; keep interiors bright and fresh.
• Manage waste and on-site equipment; support on-call rota outside hours.
