Job summary

Peabody is looking for an Estate Services Caretaker based on our Deptford estates. You’ll be out on site, doing lighting checks, cleaning communal areas, and being the friendly face residents rely on to keep things spotless and welcoming.

You’ll work with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely, five days a week, and you’ll have a company van to help you do the job. A full UK manual driving licence and caretaking/cleaning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in caretaking or cleaning.
• Knows their way around powered equipment.
• Loves helping people and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lighting checks and bulb replacement.
• Cleaning duties across designated areas.
• Work with team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely.
• Be a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week.
