Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a maintenance engineer to oversee contract maintenance across an estate on a 4 on 4 off rotation, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You will ensure preventive and reactive maintenance, keep records, and support site activity to meet contractual standards.

The role requires working to HTMs, CDM and safety regulations, with duties including managing tasks and using CAFM/digital tools to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operational delivery for site activity.
• Undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the client.
• Provide management support to stakeholders.
• Carry out all works in compliance with KPI's.
• Manage assigned work to ensure site performance using CAFM systems and other digital tools.
• Maintain AP/CP appointments in disciplines as requested by estates management.
• Be conversant with current regulations, CDM, HTMs and safety rules.
• Interpret and work from instructions, drawings and specifications without supervision.
• Set up New Work appropriate to his/her trade using required tools and equipment.
