Job summary

E3 Recruitment is recruiting for a Contract Maintenance Engineer in the Bedworth area (Bedworth/Coventry). The role involves maintaining plant-wide machinery, supporting production targets, and carrying out fault finding and repairs on site.

Shifts are 4 on/4 off days and nights, with a pay rate of £40 per hour outside IR35. The successful candidate will have an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (mechanical or electrical) and a strong health & safety focus, plus proven

Qualifications

• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent (NVQ/City and Guilds/ONC/BTEC or higher) in mechanical or electrical.
• High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
• Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
• Maintenance experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs to keep production targets met and machinery running smoothly.
• Assist with machine set-up and changeovers to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Support engineering activities to improve reliability and safety on site.
