Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Ideally RICS and/or CAAV qualified.

Responsibilities

• Handle valuation and sale of rural assets, including canvassing for new business.
• Prepare marketing materials and sales brochures for pre-sale campaigns.
• Take sales instructions through the entire process to completion, coordinating with solicitors.
• Develop business plans and forecast fees in line with department aims.
