Job summary

Ashville College, Harrogate, is seeking an Estates Officer to join our busy Estates Team. The role provides efficient and effective operational support to maintain security, maintenance and the general appearance of the buildings.

The successful candidate will have experience in caretaking/maintenance, be flexible, and willing to learn new skills. The position is full-time (35 hours per week, full year) with an on-call rota (1 in 6).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role such as handyperson with caretaking/maintenance work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient operational support to ensure security, maintenance and general appearance of buildings.
• Be on-call on a 1 in 6 rota.
• Work 35 hours per week, full year.
