Job summary

Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is recruiting a full-time Property Services Manager to join the Estates Team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will oversee reactive and planned maintenance, energy management, and the cleaning and facilities services across historic buildings and other estates sites.

You will lead a small team, manage contractors, safeguard compliance, maintain records, and support sustainability reporting while ensuring high standards of service delivery in Grade I and Grade II listed

Qualifications

• Experience delivering facilities management services across estate and operational buildings.
• Proven ability to manage a helpdesk, respond to enquiries and coordinate contractors.
• Experience maintaining property and energy records and reporting on sustainability targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage reactive, cyclical and compliance maintenance across the Estate.
• Lead Property Services, Cleaning Team and Estates Admin to ensure service delivery.
• Oversee energy use monitoring, utilities/contracts and sustainability reporting.
