Job summary

Kingston Educational Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across The Kingston Academy and other Trust schools. You will ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective maintenance and drive strategic estate planning in partnership with Headteachers and senior leaders.

This senior role requires proven leadership, contractor management, budget oversight and a commitment to safeguarding and high standards of environmental safety across an active school

Qualifications

• Significant experience in facilities, estates, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes, and budgets.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of shared estate and statutory compliance across two schools.
• Lead facilities operations at The Kingston Academy while overseeing compliance and estates standards across both schools.
• Shape the strategic management of the Trust's estate and drive continuous improvement.
