Job summary

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd is seeking an Estates Manager (Electrical) to lead the operational management of the Trust’s estate at designated site(s). You will oversee all electrical systems, ensure maintenance to NHS standards, and manage budgets with staff and contractors.

The role includes on-call duties, overtime, and potential for higher starting salary for exceptional candidates. 27 days holiday, bank holidays and pension contributions are offered.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or significant equivalent experience.
• Experience in NHS estates environment preferred.
• Knowledge of High/Low voltage electrical systems, lifts and fire alarms.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance and asset management for site(s).
• Ensure statutory compliance and patient-safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors and directly employed staff.
• Participate in on-call rota and emergency duties.
