Job summary

You will act as the technical lead, manage in-house teams and contractors, maintain Authorised Person responsibilities, and drive service improvements within the Estates function, including on-call management.

Qualifications

• Electrical services experience in estates management.
• Knowledge of HTMs, HBNs and NHS policies.
• Ability to lead maintenance, contracts and minor works.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant management of electrical engineering services across sites.
• Manage maintenance, compliance, contracts and minor works projects.
• Develop maintenance strategies and oversee audits, inspections and remedial works.
• Mentor staff and support on-call/emergency response.
