Zusammenfassung

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Engineering Manager to oversee and support the provision and maintenance of hospital mechanical and electrical plant across multiple sites.

You will provide technical and specialist advice, specify and manage contracts, and travel between Trust sites as required to ensure safe, reliable services for patients, staff and visitors.

Aufgaben

• Directing, encouraging, and motivating contractors to achieve financial and key performance targets.
• Provide long term maintenance planning, short term project planning and emergency/contingency planning for critical services.
• Coordinate with staff within the Estates Directorate ensuring efficiency in service provision.
• Communicate with Divisional Managers, Ward Managers, Heads of Department and service managers on the status of remedial works, maintenance, and service problems.
• Act as Authorised person for specialist duties including legionella management, medical gas systems, asbestos control, HV, LV and Lifts as directed.
